Starting to second guess my thoughts of Loden Green....
It's supposed to be the factory match for red garnet metallic. It is a little lighter then my paint color and for some reason it photos a little redder in the light. Others who have bought it also said it was a little lighter. Maybe the orignal paint got darker with age. Another thought I had was the factory paint was single stage and this is base and then gloss so that could have something to do with it as well.

Got everything lined up and tightened down. The sister in law and her kids are coming over tonight so going to sneak out and do some more.

Not much going on... Jenn works this weekend so the kiddos and I were home alone. I decided to do some shop clean up, since it was getting a little out of hand, instead of working on the jeep.

Here is how I ended up running my plug wires.

Its Mardi Gras down south. Shreveport only has 3 parades as compared to the 20 + that New Orleans has. Two of them run a block away from the house so it makes for a short walk and some fun.

Wires look good, MoC! Quick question...on the last overhead pic of the engine, I followed the fuel "out" line from your fuel filter. Where does it go? Am I missing something here?

Fun times in La.! I hear there gonna be a football game around there, somewhere...

Its their, just hard to follow. The green is the return and the red is the fuel line.

Just checking in before I get my *** beaten....

Went to a friends house in the wife's car. Wifey told me to take the spare keys so when she gets up at 5 to go to work she does not have to go looking for her keys. Being the good husband I am I grabbed the spare keys and left.

Well....... As it turns out the spare keys don't happen to have a back door key on them. Chains on the front...

One would think that the simple solution would be to send a little text of "Please don't be mad but I'm locked out..." One would think.

One would think that if that didn't work a little phone call would be quickly answered off the night stand with a the promise of a little more anger. One would think.

One would think the ringer must be off.

So here I sit... Getting ready to lightly tap on the bedroom window. A tap which will certainly make one of three dogs bark. Which then will certainly make the remaining two bark. Three barks that will certainly wake one if not two children up. All of which certainly will wake my wife up which will certainly get me in a load of ****.

Wish me luck brothers!

I know one other thing for sure... I certainly will be getting in and certainly did not want to sleep in the car...
