Looking for my dads old laredo

Have posted before about advice on trying to track a vehicle down:

http://www.jeepforum.com/forum/f8/an...owned-2905546/

Figured I would go ahead and try again. I would assume that if whoever owns it is a member of a jeep forum that it would be this one!

From my craigslist ad:

I figure it is a long shot but I am attempting to find my dads old cj7. It was sold in the spring of 1989 when we lived in Stillwater to a gentleman from Carney. Dad remember that he worked at Charles Machine Works / Ditch Witch. He was going to use the jeep to commute to work. I don't really expect him to still have it, but maybe if he would have some info on it such as the vin # that might help track the jeep down. Don't expect to find it in the greatest condition, or even silver at all....LOL. Being the Laredo it would have a clock and tach on the dash with a leather wrapped grab bar.

It was an 82 or 83....maybe an 84 Laredo 6 cylinder 5 speed with power steering and power brakes. Silver with nutmeg interior. Had the Oklahoma plate PAK-33 . It was unique in the fact that the hardtop had been painted nutmeg on the inside as well, considering hard top s are white from the factory on the interior, but that could have been changed since 89. The top did have a moon roof that had been installed into it at one point as well. The jeep was originally a soft top jeep and had snaps along the side of the tub, and had no place to hook the door strap inside the tub behind the lower door hinge. Any help would be appreciated. Don't really expect to find it in that great of condition, but would like the chance to buy it back. Even if I could contact someone else that has owned it and sold it that would help greatly! Thank you for your time! Call/text/email me at show contact info

I will pay for info that leads me to finding the jeep!
