loading up on rough roads

just installed a weber coversion kit carburator on my 74 cj5 258 6 .and when i go off road and drive at slow speeds it gets to cutting out and loads up . when i get out on the main road it clears up and runs fine . dont know what is going on , this weber carb is great , made this 258 come alive . just cant figure out the rough road ,slow speed issue . help would be greatly appreciated . thanks !!

Ok, guys i know that someone out there can give me some advise on what could be wrong with this carb .

Sounds like the needle is bouncing off the seat and allowing in too much gas.

sounds right , so i should limit the float height ,so it will shut off sooner correct ?
