Passing on what I was told here..... BDS lifts are very good,so OME buy pricy and you must convert to a YJ width spring up front. The cheap ones from my experiance arent worth the powder to blow em up. For pics check out the "jeep picture request" section.

You might want to poke around
The pickisn for pre-'75 CJ's are pretty slim and less than stellar from what I've seen. The best results look to come from converting to a '76-'86 CJ suspension or even better a YJ suspension, both of which involve some surgery.

'86 CJ-7 Laredo: 4.2,T-999,D300,D30/D44,'94 YJ tub, full cage, Shrockworks rockers, OYR corners, AC,cruise, restored seats,3 tops,2.5" Superlift,F-T shackle reversal, RS9000x's,35" Dunlop Mud Rovers.
'83 Scrambler: time & money pit under construction with parts from CJ's,YJ's,TJ's,FSJ's,GM,Ford,IH,Honda,Toyota and a whole lotta aftermarket & custom stuff.
