Lift Advice needed

Final build will be a 79 CJ5 , Fiberglass Body, Wide trac axles, used for around town cruising (appx 55 MPH or so MAX), trail riding and rock climbing when i can find it. Nothing extreme, moderate at best.
I will be using 1 inch over stock shackles (1/2 lift) and a 1 inch body lift for sure.
Im not looking for an extreme build, but a capable, SAFE build. Not looking at trimming tub at this time. This is all the pertinent info I can think of to give some insight to the following question...

What lift (SUA, not SOA) would be required to fit 33 inch tires?

I am undecided on 2.5 inch OME or 4.5 RE.
OME would equal total lift of 4 inches.. RE would equal 6 inches total (if my math is right)

I am worried that 4 inch total wont allow 33s at full stuff, and that 6 inch total may be unsafe.
Your advice?

Also, I have searched this sight and many others, but most threads deal with brands to use and ask for further info on use the OP never gives.

Read all 40+ pages of the OME 2.5" thread. Lots of good info in there. Many say it can't be done but I run 33x12.50-15 on my 2.5" lift with 1" over stock shackles.

I'm running narrow track axles with 1.25" spacers in front and 1" in the rear (due to the offset of my wheels). I rub, ever so slightly, in the rear. Not at all in the front. Extending my rear bump stops would cure it. I just haven't done it yet.

My springs are not OME....... yet.
