Well I was able to find someone that had a transfer case that they had no idea what it was. It ended up being a NP 203. I got it home and checked everything out on it and everything is within spec. Didn't buy it for the Jeep but it was a really good deal. I brought it home for $35.00 That is right I said $35 in perfect working order. I was quite happy with that find. It's going to make it into a mud truck at some point.

I found a AMC20 sleeved and trussed, 4.56 gears, Moser 1 pc axles, Detroit Locker, with disc brakes and a spare set of Alloy USA axles.

Freshly rebuilt... $600

Don't have it yet, but we should pick it up within the next week unless the deal falls through

Okay, I'm pretty sure I got a good deal here.

This really nice guy is parting out a CJ he bought that had no title. He bought it just so he could cherry-pick the winch and front blinker lights and wanted to get his money out. I bought the hard doors, roll bar and hard top for 275 but I have to pick them up a few hours away.

We talked again this afternoon and he really just wants his money out, so I told him if he delivered the whole thing, I'd give him 700 for everything. He's delivering it tomorrow. I have a friend who wants to buy the frame and a mechanic that wants to buy the engine, so the cost of my hard doors, top and roll bars is shrinking...plus free delivery.

$150 for a set of 4 never used. 15" x 10" Guy told me he spent that each on them. He also had a huge garage with around 2 dozen cj's...

Back in August I picked up my CJ7. Newly coated frame, new glass body, .030 258, new clutch, and what not for $2500. Guy got a family and couldn't find time anymore.

Just yesterday I picked up a nice pair of YJ half doors with mirrors. Pretty good condition. He met me at a gas station because he gave me a key too and he didn't want me to know where he lives because the key he gave me is the same as the ignition key. $100 for the pair in pretty good shape. Interior panels slightly faded, but some interior paint will make them look like new.

I got (4) KC 8" 130w Long Range Rally 800's with all wiring and covers for $100. From what I can see online they usually cost about $215 or so for 2. The guys was trading his truck in and the dealer was giving him next to nothing so he was stripping it back to stock.
