I am no longer surprised by the posts where the seller proclaims, "..just finished building..", but then proceeds to list all of the things that haven't been completed.

What I don't understand is how someone ends up sinking thousands of dollars into something like this beast, never completes it, and then ends up trying to sell it (presumably to reclaim some of their money).

Maybe it's another example of, "It seemed like a good idea at the time..."

I'm no pro with rock crawlers or custom built trucks, but I would think that a design like that has all kinds of potential pitfalls if you don't know and understand the engineering and geometry to make it all work correctly. What is the chance that some garage hack is going to build something like that and do it correctly?

edit - oh, can you see what looks like a 5" body lift?
