Jeeps (other than the original MB/GPW) have 7 slot grilles.

Also another vote for a "turbo" diesel.
The next step would to bring back a Scrambler model.
Then lastly bring back a truer version of the Laredo and Renegade packages.
What he said.

Sounds like you're all about cosmetics but under the hood get rid of the 2.8D4 and stick that new 3.0 V6D in there and you'll kick lots of goals with those who want to actually drive their "Jeeps". As far as I'm aware the latest JKs still have the older less good diesel.

@gazzo, fundamentally you're correct. So far we are working on changing the cosmetics of the vehicle rather than altering the big heavy stuff like engines. Here in the UK we have a partnership with Cosworth, the performance engine house, and that may be an engine worth discussing with them. Keep you all posted but please don't hold your breath.

In terms of off-roading, well we're introducing an Expedition model very soon but there's some things missing from the basic specifications of the car. For instance, a sump protection plate, off-road wheels and a snorkel to name just three.

Cheerio for now and thanks for all your feedback.

For those saying about needing 7 slots, yes you are right, but is that 7 slotted grille a trademark item of Jeep brand? If so, there may be copyright issues if they went with that...
