just what i thought

Well, my worst fears came true. the other day i noticed a good many oil specks on the ground below my exhaust. then the engine was running rough as well. went to check and see if there were any vacuum leaks and couldn't find any. pulled plugs and found that the 6 cylinder was gone. well, i figure now was the best time to rebuild the puppy. this is going to be my first rebuild so with the help of a few good friends and a few good manuals i will start this weekend. I plan on taking my time and doing it right. if anyone has any suggestions please feel free in sharing them. i am excited about it as the prospect of getting a "new" motor makes me feel good about it.

Put on a 4.0L head with fuel injection of a 91 or newer YJ or cherokee. (30-50HP+)

Get a different grind cam as well for more low end torque.
Found a 85 CJ7 tub in good shape with
minimal rust. The resto continues....
