went to see how it came out. i went into the shop didnt even recognize it was my jeep.

cant believe i haven't been on here in a while. luckily my school date got moved back so now more time to finish this before i have to pack up and move. as for the LED's i love them haven't gotten to use them really but hooked one up and left the old sealed bulb and huge difference.
here the pics of recent things done to the jeep.
stopped in Austin to joe's crab shack

















found the grille and lantern for five bucks. the grille worked after a thorough cleaning. haven't got to the lantern yet.

putting in the tuffy boxes and tire carrier

this was a headache to measure and make sure it was good to fit with room for everything else.

Paint

Well were here in Florida now and somewhat settled so i decided to try something i saw in another forum. The $50 dollar paint job. http://board.moparts.org/ubbthreads/...0&fpart=1&vc=1
so decided to try on the trailer before moving on the the CJ here is what i got but still wet take some more when it dries. i just let it dry and didnt buff out or anything.

well now i went to pensecola and found a AMC TH400 for couple hundred




the drive back home


but my delemma i have a dana 300 im ordering the adapter from novak. found an electronic kick down switch my question is about the rebuild kit and shift kit and can my dana 300 run on cables so i can get some length as im sure my TH400 will push it back further? ive looked and saw people who flipped the dana 300 and used the atlas cables.

do i just get any rebuild kit and shift kit for GM TH400 or specific. and about how far back did it push anyones T-case that has done this

hoping to get rear end in as well as tranny and tcase. still have to find out what wood to use with my auto trailer and get that replaced been so busy

Trip to Alaska

getting ready for trip to alaska
Had to swap mirrors from stock tundra mirrors to the towing mirrors excellent upgrade for the trip


made this for Halloween just like the wife's XJ

okay so we made it here ill post plenty of pics then get back to the CJ. My wifes XJ seems to be acting up going to check alternator hopefully thats the reason and not some electrical gremlin somewhere else.
