Just use weatherstripping. I mounted my box without the cover on first. Then mounted the cover and tucked weatherstripping in there to seal it up.

That's not what I asked. I'm looking, as well as others who want OEM gaskets, to correct my rotted out factory one I use to have.

If we can get thickness and size that would be great. Type of material etc. Maybe trace it out with some measurements and then I could make up a drawing with the correct material so everyone who needs them can make them.
Should be easy enough to pull the blower cover off for ya'll...ill pull it and show pics with measurements when i get back in town from the inlaws.

Keith, I made a paper template of the exact measurements of the gasket. If you want to PM me your address, I will send you a template.

Well mine came in yesterday, complete with a rat nest inside! Doors/flapes/gates seals are all chewed up. It also looks to have been setting in water for some time. well I have a box with a core,,,,, but looks to need as much or more work than the OEM unit! Yes I am very dissapointed and thinking of returning it!

Mine came in and in pretty much perfect shape other than having a big crack in it. Not sure if it was UPS shipping of what.

I'm not mad, just disappointed. All the seals are in great condition so I'll just switch them over to my original box which is in great condition.

That would be great. I think I have the correct material around to make a few.

PM sent.

At least mine is not busted, how did the roll, oh ahhh, box look? At least you can save the good parts, but I am sure everything inside this one is dead, what I can see is chewed up.

Disappointed, yes

Kinda high price for a core and case,,, I may just rework the one I have in now,,, it is in better shape!
