Jeep Gas Guage Broke

i hace a 1982 cj 5 the gas guauge is shown full all the time i replaced the fuel sending unit and still show full the coolant guage shows cold even wen my jeep hot wat gives DO YOU KNOW AN EASY WAY 2 REPLACE BROKE ONE IS IT GAS OR TEMP GUAGE

I would say it's a bad ground on the speedo housing.

you said in the articles the speedo bulbs wont work if there a bad ground well my turn signals work my brights signal works and i think the gauge light works but i dont at nite so i check tonight well i put a piece of wire on the guage housing nothing happend so i movedit over and toucheda terminal the guage started moving like it working and then stopped the fuse blew so do i have a short is my regulator bad where do i attach an auxilarary ground

Easiest fix is to install an aftermarket gauge/sender for each

Well we should get a test light and see if the regulator is working. Also disconnect the sensor wires nd see if the gauge drops down again.

yes disconnecting the sending wire dropped the needle and what do i test to see if the regulator is working aree the gauges bad
