I took the bottom leaf out of my old stock front springs (6 leaf factory heavy duty) and it helped the ride and flex. I originally pulled the 2 lowest leaves but ended up with too much spring wrap/axle hop. Make sure your shocks are not bottoming out and restricting travel.

All that'll tell you is what brand the shocks might be. You'd know if you had OME...the front would be converted to run 2.5" wide springs. Do you have the cheaper 'bend-over' spring clips or do you have the open ones with a sleeved bolt running across the top of the leaves? If you have the bend over style and the shocks match the springs, you probably have Superlift. You can loosen those clamps and it'll make quite a difference...that's how I had mine and I've done it for a couple of other guys who had flex issues with otherwise middle of the road springs. This is how mine used to be with 2.5" Superlift Super-ride springs, 1/2" Tomken shackles with greasable bushings & 32's:

heat them up and bend them up with channel locks. You could even even weld a small plate on top of the spring clips once they are opened up.

Chisel and a baby sledge or an air hammer with a chisel bit. You don't need to open them all the way, just loosen them a bit so that they aren't squeezing down on the leaves and preventing them from sliding.

i just installed a set of swaybar disconnects yesterday. i have never seen my front axle flex so much. i can normally stuff the rear tires up in the tubs, but the front barely flexes at all. now, the front tires stuff all the way up in the fenders as well as the rear. best 85 bucks that i have spent on my suspension yet. btw, i have 2.5" lift and 33/12.50s.
