Issues that may occur with suspension lift install?

I am on my 3rd CJ now but never have installed a suspension lift on a stock CJ on my own. Other than wanting to swap to one piece axles and possibly regearing, what else should I expect to have to change/upgrade assuming I buy a lift pacakge which includes new shocks, leafs, transfer case trop, etc? I will be going to 35's with a 4" suspension and 2" BL. Thanks in advance.

Looks like you got it all covered. Maybe a little sheet metal trimming around the shifter as a result of the transfer case drop.
Beer is the answer - it doesn't matter what the question is!
