Ignition problems no spark

Driving and 84 cj7 died. Towed home and no spark. The ignition lps fuse blown. Jeep wont start. About a year ago jeep would not start checked fuse box and ignition lps fuse blown (15A) changed and jeep started. What all does this fuse run? Is this the ignition fuse i keep reading about in trouble shooting threads? Looked under dash dont see any shorts can anything else cause fuse to blow? Are there any other fuses i should check? Thanks Tom

The fuse is to keep the wires from shorting and catching on fire, good luck!
