I need a few D300 bolts...

...a couple of my inspection cover plate bolts are ground down, I assume from the xfer case being slid around on the concrete. If anyone has a few please PM and I will gladly pay for them.

There's nothing special about these. Pull one that's ok and find new ones that are the same diameter and thread pitch at the hardware store.

You are right, have about 30 lbs of Grade 5 and 8 fasteners in the garage. Don't really care for the cad or nickle look finish though.

Still looking for the bolts.

I believe those bolts are 1/4-20 or 5/16-18 flange head bolts about a 1/2" or 5/8" length. I have some OEM ones at home but would need to take a look in my Jeep hardware bins. I bought S.S. replacements ones from McMaster-Carr.

That would be great! Send me a PM with your address when/if you find the bolts.
