I Have Oil Leaking From My Dipstick

im havin problems with oil runnin out my dip stick what can i do about that

Check your PCV valve on the front port of the valve cover to see if it rattles and has suction. Oil from the dipstick tube usually indicates high crankcase pressure.

ditto... if its not the PCV start checking the hose to it

If it's not either of those, then what you probably have is a high mileage 4.2/258 motor with a blow by condition due to failing oil rings on 1 or more pistons.
