I know this is 7 months too late, but this info may help someone else out. I did a 4.3L swap into a 53 CJ3A and brought the Chevrolet hydraulic clutch equipped bellhousing w/ the engine. Every part for the clutch, slave, hyd. line and bellhousing are off the 87 Chevy pickup the engine came out of. Works like a charm!
