Really the best thing to do. Ask for Troy. I was dealing with a flooding issue for over a year. I kept thinking I had it fixed and it would come back. Troy knew what it was right away. Now I'm driving again

Found out today I have a blown head gasket and water was getting into the Tbi via the PCV valve.

That sucks. Least you know what it is and can get it fixed. Did you get a quote to repair?

42 dollars to get the head resurfaced at our local machine shop. 22 dollars for the head gasket and 8 dollars for the valve cover gasket... And 20 dollars for some beer and I do all the work. Lol

Troy knows what he's talking about. Just helped troubleshoot and found a bad sensor today. Gave me the part number off the top of his head.

As soon as I get my motor back together and I'll see if the problem continues. If so I'll definitely ask for troy.

Upon further investigation I found a six inch crack in the block that was leaking water. I think I'm done with these straight six's. Time for a chevy 350.

So say I did want to sell may Tbi what's a fair asking price? I paid 1500 and have the receipts to prove I'm the original owner..
