I checked on the way to work, yup it has stock shackles, 3 inches from center to center. Scary part is, of the 8 bolts to hold on all four shackels, 3 of the nuts were missing. The dude that had this before me certainly didn't care for it too well. I have also found some intersting fixes along the way.

Motto: If you aren't going to do it right the first time, get duct tape.
