How Often Does This Happen?

I was under my driver trying to get a handle on how I was going to fabricate block mounts for my builder and I noticed a bolt laying on the clutch linkage. When I saw the washer still on it, I knew where it came from. It was the very last manifold bolt. I wonder how long it rode there?

Funny you mention that, a PO had broken off an exhaust header bolt on the very front, and I found the head half of it in my front shock perch while I was taking my fenders off.
