How much money do you figure for re-gear?

I've got 3.31's now and want to go to 4.10's. Dana 30 and AMC20. Don't want any other upgrades, just the regear. How much do you think all the parts, ring, pinion, and installation components. I don't want cheap Itialian stuff, American only. And, include what you think I'd pay for tax, shipping, etc. for a grand total.

I've been quoted $1200 installed by a reputable 4x4 shop in my area. I want to know how much just the parts would cost me if I were to do it myself or partially myself.

2004 Rubicon, 6" lift, 35s, winch, hard top, full doors, bumpers, tire carrier and rock sliders.

Parts should run you no more than $200-250/axle with the install kits. Pretty hard to find American made gears since virtually all the big names have overseas manufacturing facilities - case in point - I was examining a box of Dana/Spicer gears recently and they were made in India - I believe Richmond Gear is all made here though.
