No your wrong. When the Jeep Gods dropped it down, it was clocked by an unknown man at 134 MPH. All seriousness though, Take it easy. Maybe buy another car for a DD for now or a newer model cj like 72 and up.

stock 79 cj5 with 32's 304 and 3 speed my will hit 60-65mph scary ride after that!!! and still you can put your foot in it and tere is plenty more thier to put you back in the seat....but who wants to roll it so i like 55mph crusing speed with 12 to 14 MPG if you want fast buy a TJ and do a body swap had my 2000 tj up to 95 and it was stable.......
