more good news for you now re's web site is down, I think theres more going on than shipment issues I'd get my $$ back and go with bds I've only heard good things about them. I have heard people say the love there re lifts but I have never heard a good thing about there service or the delivery or there warranty, with that in mind and this currant instability I'd go elsewhere. just my 2 cents and I'm still doing research for my own lift but it won't be re.

I just got off the phone with them and I did get my money back. Now what is the question? The guy told me they are restructering the business and it is going to take a month to get it all back together. Im going to call BDS now and see what they have to offer me but here is the catch, I still need shackles, drop pitman, u bolt plates, steel shims and longer brake lines so lets see what they offer me or do I wait a month and see what RE comes up with? This sucks

I had my brake lines made at a local shop for half the cost of new stock lines just go to any shop that does hydraulic line and you'll have no problem as for the rest, those parts are not hard to come by. as for waiting for re to come back, I wouldn't waste my time just to get a few more parts that are readily available.

With the lift hopefully on its way I started the Ford shock mount swap on the front of the chassis.

I cut a few pieces of 1/2 electrical conduit for crush sleeves and then hit the mounts and all the new holes that I just drilled with some chassis coat. There is a factory hole in the frame that the crush sleeves can just slip into and be worked into place, you can see it in the first pic. Here is a link that I kind of followed http://www.in2jeep.com/fordshockmt.htm

When the paint is all dry I will get some better pics.

I just ordered this dana 30 diff cover from Ballistic fabrications. It should look cool on the front of the cj. Last night I got the lift in and the rear on with the tires. I'll get pics up tomorrow.

Everything is looking good but it looks like the rear brake line from the crossmember to the axle is a little short with the new lift. That won't last long acting as a limiter strap.

I'm diggin' the new front diff cover.

It is a little tight, you would think that since it came with the kit it would be long enough. I may need to have a custom line made in the near future. I must say all of the parts that came with the lift are really nice, quality pieces.
