Horn/radio not working

I have a 1985 CJ-7 with tilt steering/auto/column shift. The 4 bolts on the tilt had come loose so I pulled it apart and tightened the 4 bolts. Put everything back together and now the horn and radio won't work. I am thinking when I put it back together I messed up a ground connection somewhere. Does anyone have a pic of how the horn pieces should be and also for the ignition? Or should I be looking/checking something else?

thanks in advance for the help!

CJs had horns and radios? Sorry no pics but neither of my CJs had a horn or radio in them.

Check the fuses! Can you hear the horn relay click when you push the button?
