Hood catch/latch options for CJ's
OK guys, i just painted my jeep and bought new hood side catches for it and they are already rusting. What will interchange with them without rusting and without drilling new holes?, i was thinking of TJ catches but i don't know if they will work or not. And yes i know about stainless.
thanks

I have the black stainless on my CJ7...much better than powder coated steel. Kentrol seams to make good stuff.

I have the TJ latches on my CJ5 (PO's mod). Work pretty good, But I am noticing that the rubber parts are starting to deteriorate some. Good thing I have a safety latch on the hood....
Good thing is they seem to have bolted into the same holes as the original latches. |
