Honest Opinion on these Wheels

So I've been looking at replacement wheels when I ran across this setup. My CJ is the same color minus the Laredo stripes and has a 4" lift and stock like this one other than the lift. Checking Pro Comp's site, they don't have the chrome anymore in 5x5.5 so I could get the black and either leave them black or powder coat them chrome.

I never thought I would like any wheels larger than 15s or anything non-classic looking but these are starting to grow on me a lot. What do you guys think, do they look good or not?

Im not trying to be a smart azz, but just being honest with you....IF you like them, get them. Asking others if they look good is like asking others what tennis shoes to buy, or "hey, what should I eat today?".....its up to you.....you'll find a ton of folks who like them and a ton that don't. IF you still have the OEM rims, someone would love to buy them for a restoration.

I agree with the above posters. Your opinion is the only one that matters.

I like them too, but as others have said it's YOUR Jeep. At the end of the day, whether we like what you do or not, we're just pixels. We're not paying for anything, you are.

Depends on the look you're going for! Stock look, they suck! Custom look, they would be fine. Honestly!!

My opinion- not a real fan of those. I like the look of the classic OEM chrome wheels. My .02 cents.

Thanks all, I asked for your honest opinion and I think I got it. Gonna dwell on it some more and decide to stay stock or go custom wheelwise.

I would love to see this chrome powdercoat you speak of.
Seems just wrong to buy something brand new , then strip and paint / powdercoat to your liking.
