Help with Nutter bypass

Well I printed all the info on the nutter bypass and followed the purple and orange from the distributer to the firewall.
The instructions say by the coolant recovery bottle is the ignition module I cannot find it on my 83 CJ7 but it is a POS.
I did find a box above the heater box on the passenger side that looks like it.
I also found a blue?/black? box at the driver toe kick but I think it may be the cruse control.
Any help is appreciated
Thank in advance
Craig

Its a "ribbed" silver box bith a gangload of wires coming out. I has a 79 and it was placed (by someone) on the fender higher up on the driver side.

Other than that, my 80 cj7 has an HEI (?) and the ignition is attached to the top of the distributor:

Google "Nutter Bypass" and you can read all day if you want to.

I add two new wires (twisted) rather than mess inside the harness when I do them. These can be tucked inside the loom or run independently.

The ignition module is on the driver's side inside fender 'Waaaayyyy' down low under the washer bottle.

I also set the carb different and mine pass emissions. I set the stepper pins in the center of their travel like they were when the computer was running it. This keeps the high speed mix right. All the rest of the directions are good.
