HELP! Jeep is squirting fluid

My jeep is squirting fluid from the engine bay, just right of the motor (if your looking at it from the front of the vehicle). It looks like its coming from a "T" shaped valve, but I have no idea what it is. Its right in front of the oil filter. The liquid is clear and I am sure its not gas.

I cant upload pics, but can send them to someone so you can see what I am talking about.

There are two lines in front of the oil filter on a 258. (You should give us half a clue, the ol' crystal ball is a bit foggy today...)

One of these lines is a small steel gas line, the other is a rubber coolant line.
