Help with identifying carb

I'd like to learn how to adjust the carb I have instead of paying someone to do it, I just don't know how to do it. Its used, but after cleaning it good, it fired up right away. I'm planning on a rebuild in the future, but would like to "fine tune" it right now. Can someone take a look at the pics and tell me what it is? It is stamped "Motorcraft", but I don't see any other info on it.
Also, any advice on how to tune it up would be appreciated.
Thanks!

I beleive that is a motorcraft 2100, used on many small block fords. I had one that looked exactly like that on my 65 mustang that had a 289 in it. They are simple and easy to work on.
