Help CJ7 Frame mounted side steps

I have been looking all through the net for frame mounted side steps for 85 CJ7. Nothing found. I do not want to go with steps that mount to the tub. Can find bars but just looking for small steps to get in. I have exhaust coming out in front of rear tires. Does anyone have any suggestions or have found something that would work? Any help would be appreciated

don't know why these wouldn't work for you: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Rugged-Ridge...319f1e&vxp=mtr
good luck to you.

They're more like medium sized steps, but what about modifying the extensions from a set of OEM TJ steps so they stick out just right to match the CJ frame/tub.

Couldn't you modify them to use below the exhaust so that way you could use it as a rest to help hold the exhaust pipes.
