There are plenty of people running a nuttered jeep with the feedback carb no problem. But for someone new to all this if they will take the feedback carb back and get one off a older year CJ it will be easier.

The yellow fuel bowl vent means its a original Carter. It it was white it would be a clone.

If you buy a quality reman carb, say from Holley, it should be slap it on and drive.

If you pull the fuel line off the pump where it comes from the tank does gas come out of it?
