Heater cable lengths
Hey guys and gals. I had an idea today and would like to know if anyone can tell me the lengths of the heater pull cables in inches. (heater / defroster cable, fresh air cable, and temp cable) What I plan on doing is making a factory looking manual choke. I want to use one of those cables, depending on their length, as the manual choke pull. I am then going to install it in the dash and get an extra rectulanger dash light like the one that say lights and change it to choke install it and power it.

just curious, is the electric choke on the carb not working or you change out carbs???

Found the answer. Morris has their lengths listed on their site.

86 with 258. BBD was replaced with an ebay guy MC 2100 set up for a manual choke last summer. I never got around to hooking up linkage for it. I also have another electric choke set up off of a 2150 that I could swap over. Would be easier to go electric but I decided I wanted a manual choke instead.
