Heat insulation on firewall and trans area

Since i will eventually have the rhino interior spray, what products go on pretty easy underneath that shield the heat away(stop heat from getting through trans, firewall, and other misc. areas). No sound deadening really needed. How's the install process as well?

Thanks!
