Harley Davidson Edition CJ5 ?

Just bought a 73 CJ5 that has a "Harley Davidson Made in the USA" emblem on the driver side front fender, above the embossed "Jeep" logo. No other H-D markings, though.

Any ideas?

It sounds like a PO with a sense of humor.

Well, now you have a "theme" for your resto/mod! Never seen one so it would be unique.

Mine came with a Harley badge attached to the front of the grill. I think it looks cool so I left it there when I re-painted the grill this weekend.
