hard starting when cold

258. Weber Carb. Hard starting when cold. Starts right up when warm. Checked for Vacuum leaks around carb plus manifold and it's air tight. Any Idea's. Thanks

Make sure you have full 12v (constant-not from oil pressure switch) to the choke. Had this problem with mine.
