Hard Clutch Peddle

excessive hard clutch peddle
clutch peddle was fine until i went with the t-18 transmission.
would the clutch assembly be different from the 3 speed transmission, when the cluth was fine, to the 4 speed that is in it now, with a very hard cluth peddle?

Some T-18 swaps are accompanied by a hydraulic clutch system and this has a tendancy to make the clutch feel a little firmer than the mechanical setup. Not knowing your specific setup it could be a problem with your linkage, the wrong throwout bearing, or some kind of mis alignment of the tranny and BH??
