Guess that CJ

Hey guys, a buddy of mine says his aunt is wanted to get rid of the "rust bucket" in her diveway. She just took it out of storage (where it has been sitting for 10 years) so she wouldn't have to pay fees anymore. Being a jeep lover and currently suffering from a lack of a CJ to drain my wallet I told him I would be glad to purchase said rust bucket. The question is what year is it and how jealous are you?

Looks to be an intermediate '5 ('72-'75)....that's about all I can tell you.

'84 CJ-7: Yota axles (spartan locked front, e-locked rear) 4" BDS, 1" Daystar & 3/8" shackle lifts, 35" X-Terrains on steelies, YJ Tub & family roll bar, heater blower upgrade, 4.2L w/MC2100 & Team Rush, Warn 8274. Rebuilt 4.2/4.0 hybrid, AX15 and twin sticks/clocking ring waiting to go in.

The advertised position for a topless, dirty jeep girl has been filled......by my wife. Thanks to all that applied.
<------------and yes, that is her.

Definitely an intermediate ('72-'75). It looks kind of rusty, but of course I've seen worse. I'm digging the TankTop with the suicide doors. Out here in Cali, you could get 1k for that alone. Does it have the 304 or I-6?

Nice windshield art

I would rather have a tool I don't need, than need a tool I don't have.

Judging from the pictures provided only I'm guessing the 304 due to side pipes on both passenger and driver side. I have heard of dual exhaust on the strait six though so this might just be wishful thinking. I'm planning on picking it up some time in august due to my hectic work schedule so I will know for sure then.

I like it. Yeah it needs some work, but what old CJ doesn't or didn't at some point. Nice find

I'm not sure what tomorrow will bring, but it can't be any worse than what I've already been through.

Has a Levi's dash pad. If original, makes it a 1975. Doug
