Is This A Good Deal?
I HAVE A SHOT AT BUYING 3 JEEPS FOR 13K. ONE IS A 99 YJ, THE OTHER TWO ARE 77 & 75 CJ5'S. THE YJ IS IN DECENT SHAPE AND THE CJ5'S ARE IN SLIGHTLY WORSE THAN AVERAGE SHAPE.
My question is this: Is there much of a demand for CJ5's? My plan is to get them and try to get most of the money back and keep either one of the CJ5's. I currently have a CJ7 but cant resist the temptation of building a crawler. All things equal, which is more valuable, a CJ5 or CJ7? Thanks for your help Dave

CJ7's are usually more in demand than the 5's and typically go for a little more. Depends on whose looking though, if you want a trail rig the CJ5's shorter wheel base is great for geating through tight spots. Is the newer one a 99 or a YJ? Can't be both, 87-95 is the YJ and 97-present is the TJ.
