Fuel and Temp guage

I just installed an upgraded guage set from 4WD. They are from Rugged Ridge. I am getting different reading from the OEM ones that were in there. The fuel reads 3/4 when full and the temp reads more hotter than the older guages. I had to replace the OEM as the fuel guage resistor went out. Has any one used these guages before and any ideas how to corect the readings? Thanks.

I don't know about Rugged Ridge Gauges but most gauges are adjustable one way or another.

Are they round or trapizoidal in shape? Were they a direct replacement gauge?
Do they look like any of these?:

That looks like them the trapizoidal. I will have to pull them back out to see if there is an adjustment on them, or do could you tell me if and how before I pull them. Thanks.

I believe the fuel gauge adjust at the sending unit as for the temp gauge maybe you old gage was alittle off. I know there is a site out in ciberspace that tells what the omphs shoule be on the guages at full and empty and hot and cold. A factory manual also has this info in it. Hope this helps. jc
