fuel system??

I am replacing my gas tank in a 78 cj a stock 15 gals. I ran across the liquid check valve and the roll over valve I think. Both are pretty much rottened away. Should I just cap them off or replace them? If replacing them is your answer , were can I get them? I looked on several different web sites and haven't seem any. Help!

alright . then here is my second question. i have two fuel vent lines coming off the tank that go to the top of the liquid valve. then one line goes to the roll over valve and to the front of the cj.can i plug one of the two fuel vent lines? if so which one do i plug ? and then just bypass the liquid valve and go to the roll over valve? or should i try to find a liquid valve off of another cj or even may a full size jeep?thank for the information!

the 2 vent hoses across from the filler hose went to the liquid valve then to the roll over valve then to the charcoal canster by the engine which vented the gas tank do not plug that hose or the gas tank could suck in block off the one vent hose and run it to the roll over valve then to the charcoal can most of the liquid valves were plastic and the roll over valves were steel and the fsj had a compleatly diff set up on them as far as i know it does not matter what hose is blocked off i might have a used liquid valve laying around went with new when i started redueing my jeep many years ago
