fuel injection on 258

i talked to a guy that said he put fuel injection off of a xj 4.0 l motor and it worked on his 258 is this possible

Yes. With some work, It is just like puting the Mopar kit on your 258, which uses mostly '95 4.0 parts. Hesco now sells some replacement parts of unique items, like the cps and fuel pump, that are not 4.0 parts, that would allow you to use a boneyard 4.0 for parts. Also, you can download te installation instructions from Hesco to see what parts to grab and what parts you need to buy,

seems simple enough...but i'm going with a 304 v8...but if theres a fuel injection kit i can steal for that...what would it be
