Fuel filler neck??

I need a Fuel filler neck, the part that the gas cap goes into. Its for a 1973 cj5 with 2" opening on the gas tank. I ordered one but the the hose ends were too small. That one was for a newer jeep. Any info would be great on where I can find one. This is one of the last things I have left to do.

Thanks I will call them. I have found ones that say my year but the size of the hose is wrong. Thanks for the site.

When I replaced my fuel tank on my 1976 CJ7 I found I had 1975 tank, so do not be surprised when you find other year parts on your CJ, I bought the CJ new in 1976 so that is just how it came from the factory.

X2! I have found many things like that on my jeep that make me think what were they smoking? No kidding! Oh and today I took out my old gas tank and I found a lighter between the gas tank and the body with some um.. interesting graphics on it.

Is this the one you are looking for?

I have a new one I'll send you for say, 10 bucks. I bought it for my '76 and ended up installing a newer style gas tank instead. PM me if interested.

I have 2 out of the 3 in the upper right box as well. The gas cap and the flange (used). I'll send you those too.

Here's the pic. Like I said, hose is new. Gas cap and filler neck are what, 31 years old...

(Crap, see post below)
