Front Frame Dimension

I walked out two mornings in a row and forgot to grab a dimension.

What is the depth of the frame where the front bumper bolts on?

Looks like 3 11/16" top to bottom on the outside, 3 7/16" on the inside. The bumper is 3.750" inside.
