front driveline help

ok so I am putting a 401/ tf727/dana 300 into my cj-7 that I have done a soa with yj springs on it. I was just looking at the transfer case and front diff and the tranny pan is going to be in the way what have you guys done to fix this problem? Can I clock my dana300 DOWN? I know that I will be losing some ground clearance but oh well. Thanks for the help guys I appreciate it .
