Frame is CORRODING... Help!

Ok, I was just detailing the Jeep today, when I noticed that my frame is litterally coroding. It looks like what happens on a battery terminal, except its on the actual frame of the Jeep. Its happening on the front of the passenger side, right on and behind the leaf spring. It's really freaking me out. Any suggestions??

Clean it and throw on some POR 15.

Yeah, I know that part... but I need to know if I have some sort of short or something. In other words, whats causing it, and how do I stop it? And will it hurt anything

Sounds like it's under the battery tray, is your battery leaking acid?
