Fluid change help!

So i just got my drive train back in after my motor swap and need to fill all the fluids again. I have a dana 18 t case and t14 tranny. my question is since i have the top off the tranny and the fill spot for the tcase is next to impossible to get fluid in, does the fluid from the tranny run inti the tcase and i can fill both from there, or do they have to be filled separalty, also anyone know the oil capacity for both?
