FINALLY! A good use for a 4 door Wrangler.

I intended to buy a Camaro hood while I was in PA this week so when I landed and got to the rental car place I was looking for something to carry the hood back to one of my stores. Only thing suitable was a 4 door Wrangler, I thought I could open the sunchaser and strap it to the roll bar, then this happened.

OK, it's a rental like I said, at least it aint a rice burner. It was the only thing I thought would handle the hood plus it was a chance to drive a JK for 2 weeks and get an honest assessment. What happened was it fit on the roll bar under the top, I thought it was pretty ingenious.

For the JK review after a week of driving it, it reminds me a lot of driving an H2. The seats are like sitting on a concrete bench, the suspension is MUCH stiffer than my CJ on 4.5 super lift springs. It seems to have good power, I like the sun chaser roof cause I can unclip it and push the roof up and the wind will fold it back. The steering seems just a little darty for a new vehicle. Probably the worst thing is JK owners keep waving at one, I get sick to my stomack.

The safety of a hard top, with the look of a soft top. Patent it.

That is pretty slick the way the hood fit under the top. JK four doors are still butt-ugly though.
