Fiberglass hardtop to a fiberglass body.

I'm searching for ideas on how to attach my fiberglass top to my fiberglass.

SHOW me what you did.

Thanks

Top and Body

There isn't enough of a lip to do that.

Thanks for the idea.

how much of a lip do you have??? these come in different sizes. The bottom lip is only a half inch deep on the bracket... These will work for my fiberglass tub and hardtop....

There is another style that is similar, kinda looks like a mini bar clamp. It just has a bolt instead of the bar...

im going to use some threaded inserts along the top lip of the body, probably something around 1/4-20 and use flanged screws if i can a hold of them. you can get them in varied lengths/ sizes just gotta look around for them.

here is a link to a cheap kit for the tool and misc inserts

Got a pic? My old AJs Kevlar/glass works fine as stock.

4WD tubs have no lip on the inside. Mine is held on with lag bolts right now. Might go with inserts later.
My fiberglass top is an old one that is open on the mounting side.
