Fiberglass body seat and seat belt mounting kit

Does anyone know where I can buy a kit to mount my seats and/or seat belts to my tub in my 80 CJ5? The steel plate the PO used is not only rusted, but not very safely constructed. Link and a price would be great. Thanks.

Reviving an old thread, but has anyone found anything good yet? what would be considered a safe way to mount the seat belts? Would I have to weld anything to the frame?
